Shipping Policy

Orders will ship in 3-5 business days from Texas.  Time in Transit is on top of that.   
 

  • Orders are printed every morning at 8:30 a.m. CST.  Therefore, if you place an order at 8:35 a.m. on a Monday, for example, it will be considered a "Tuesday" order and it will ship by Monday at the latest (within 5 business days).

  • Please note that custom orders and made on demand orders such as Press On Nails, Sunscreen, Clothing, Body Wash, and Home Décor may take an additional 5-20 business days to be processed. You will be given an exact shipping estimate after placing your custom order. Customers are always eligible for a full refund before the products are shipped. 

  • The moment your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.  As well, you can login to your account to see the tracking info.  We often get emails or texts from people asking "where is my order"? The order already shipped and the tracking was sent out but because people often have multiple email addresses, they don't see the info. If you are wondering why you haven't received an email yet, please check your "other" email account, or login to our site where the info is updated.

  • You are free to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the order ships.

  • Nail Polish: Nail polish orders cannot be rushed or expedited. Nail polish cannot ship by air. Thus orders containing nail polish can only be shipped within 48 U.S. domestic states.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

 

Shipping, as of November 01, 2023,  will be calculated directly by USPS for each order. Rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping addresses. Shipping is all domestic, within all states within the USA (free shipping over $50).

Some custom orders and made on demand orders, will be shipped by DHL.

A $14.95 flat fee will be applied for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $70).

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

  • Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed.
