Our roller bottle is easy to quickly apply on the body, hair, and nails, without worrying about applying too much at one time. This oil only requires a small drop to improve any problem areas. Applying oil to your face is recommended at night, to allow the oil time to soak in and restore balance. You can apply the oil every night until you see improvement, then reduce daily use to 2-3 times a week. With you hair the rules change a little bit, you want to apply the oil to your hair depending on heat usage and how often you style. Applying oil to your hair is recommended at night, then again in the morning if you're about to add any heat or any style that requires your hair to be smooth and silky.
